Intro
My name is Claire and I am dedicated to helping others deepen their connection to their emotional wellbeing.
My journey began with using portrait and self-portrait photography as way to explore emotional transformation.
This naturally progressed into a fascination with the unconscious. I continue to study the many facets of the unconscious mind long-term and it has lead me to a career as a certified practitioner in emotional wellness. Particularly EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

By using somatic techniques such as tapping and movement, alongside the exploration of your emotional landscape, I help you to uncover your core values and begin live by them.
I bring a warm and expansive energy to support you as you let go of old limiting beliefs you may have picked up throughout life. Leaving you feeling more confident, self-trusting and committed to yourself.
The Process
1. Identify: I work to identify any behaviour, thought patterns, or emotional blocks that may be unconsciously sabotaging your growth.
2. Explore: I locate the core beliefs underlying these thoughts and actions, examining where they stem from (e.g., societal pressure, religious dogma, childhood experiences).
3. Heal: I gently guide you and implement somatic healing techniques to help your body feel safe enough to process these emotions, creating space for you to choose a new, empowering reality.
